Whether it’s a corporate retreat, sales meeting, or a seasonal party, Julep Farms offers a unique gathering location with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to host events of any size.
Let Julep Kitchen and Bar provide you with fully catered meals, luncheons, cocktail parties or even just drinks and snacks throughout your stay. Our event staff works hard to take the pressure of all those planning details, so you can get down to business. Julep Farms always beats the boardroom!
Event Pricing
Feed & Seed Venue
- Consultations with Venue Manager
- Menu planning with Julep Kitchen’s Lead Chef
- Julep Farms Host during your event
- Use of the Feed and Seed barn (ideal for buffet set up and table setting), Julep formal gardens (great for cocktail hour) and the Julep Croquet Lawn (perfect for games and dancing) for 3 hours of entertaining.
- Includes 2 hours for any set up. Items may be dropped off early if need be.
- All tables, chairs, china, glassware, flatware, cloth dinner napkins and basic black table cloths will be provided for final head count.
- Feed & Seed Barn can hold up to 65 for a sit down formal dinner. (Options for larger guest count upon request)
- We have prices and packages for all styles and budgets, so please don't hesitate to reach out and we'll find the perfect fit for you!
Social House Venue
- Planning sessions and consultations with the Venue Manager
- A meeting with our Julep Kitchen Events Team to plan your custom farm to table menu
- Includes 2 hours for advance set up with a total of 3 hours for entertaining guests (5 hours total).
- All tables, chairs, china, glassware, flatware, cloth dinner napkins and basic black table cloths are included with reservation.
- Each event room (Rooms A-C) in the Social House can hold up to 45 people for a sit down formal dinner. Choose just one room, or a combination thereof depending on your event size. The entire room, as a whole, can seat up to 200 guests.
- The space will be reserved on a first to book basis. Reservations require payment of the venue fee for the room(s) chosen. Saturday evenings are not available to book more than 60 days in advance of the desired date..
